Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL manual retractable awning measures 250 cm in width and has a maximum height of 150 cm. This product is designed for installation on windows, terraces, balconies, or gardens, providing protection from sun and rain. The structure features a steel frame that provides solidity and resistance. The canopy is made of 100% polyester fabric with a weight of 180 gr/㎡, equipped with a PA coating that makes it water-resistant and UV-resistant.
Operation is manual via a chain, which allows adjusting the extension length from 0 to 150 cm. The awning's height and angle can also be adjusted to adapt to different shading needs throughout the day. This flexibility allows it to be used as both a traditional awning and to fully cover a window. For maintenance, the polyester canopy is easy to clean; it can be removed and washed.
Product installation requires a smooth and flat surface for correct and secure mounting. The total product weight is 5.02 kg.
