Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La rete per privacy vidaXL offre una superficie di schermatura di 1,2 x 50 metri, progettata per delimitare spazi esterni come giardini, balconi o patii. È realizzata interamente in polietilene ad alta densità (HDPE), un materiale con una densità di tessuto pari a 150 g/m². Il colore del prodotto è verde, pensato per integrarsi con l'ambiente circostante.
La struttura del tessuto in HDPE è studiata per resistere agli agenti atmosferici. Il materiale è trattato per essere resistente ai raggi UV, fattore che contribuisce a preservarne il colore e l'integrità nel tempo.
