Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.

- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The structure of this Corten steel planter is exceptionally durable and has a long lifespan. The characteristic brown color of aged Corten steel provides a distinctive visual impact. The product is delivered with the normal metallic color of steel and is not yet rusted. The protective rust layer develops over time. This process can be accelerated by spraying soapy or salty water. Direct contact with the developing rust layer should be avoided to prevent stains on clothing.
