Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door awning, with overall dimensions of 239 x 90 x 27.5 cm (L x W x H), is designed to protect the entrance door from rain, snow, or hail. This model is intended for use in single or two-family homes.
The cover consists of six separate hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels, a material resistant to weathering and corrosion. Each panel measures 115 x 27.5 cm and has a thickness of 0.5 cm, providing effective protection without adding significant weight to the structure.
The frame is composed of three black ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets, a solid material that provides stability. Each bracket measures 90 x 28 x 6 cm (L x W x D). The structure is further reinforced by four bars and four H-connectors made of oxidized aluminum.
The product, with a total weight of 6.7 kg, is delivered with all necessary accessories and an instruction manual for quick assembly. Note that the roof of this awning is not designed to withstand the weight of heavy snowfall.
