Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Blackout roller blinds are the perfect solution for 100% light reduction. This makes them the ideal choice for blocking light in any room at home or in the office. Perfect for the bedroom! The back of the blind is coated with a silver-coloured thermoplastic layer. This layer not only completely blocks out incoming light, but its thermal qualities also keep the room warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Thanks to the included mounting accessories, these blinds are easy to install and operate. You can install the blind on the wall or ceiling with the included screws and wall plugs or hang it on a window sill. The chain can be mounted on either the left or right side. Please note that the sizes indicated refer to the fabric dimensions. The width of the top rail, including the mounting accessories, will be 3 cm wider than the width of the blind. Delivery includes 1 x 120 cm PVC bottom rail, 1 x 120 cm aluminium top rail, 100% polyester blind with silver reflective back coating, 2 brackets, 2 hooks, 1 plastic ball chain, 4 screws, and 4 wall plugs. WARNING: Young children can be strangled by loops in pull cords, chains, tapes, and inner cords that operate the product. To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cords out of reach of young children. Cords may wrap around a child's neck. Move beds, cots, and furniture away from window blind cords. Do not tie cords together. Make sure cords do not twist and create a loop.
