Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La scelta del tessuto Oxford con rivestimento in PU conferisce al paravento una notevole resistenza all'acqua, rendendolo impermeabile, e lo dota di protezione contro i raggi UV. Una corda in PE (polietilene) di 12 m è inclusa nella confezione, fornendo il necessario per ancorare saldamente il paravento alla ringhiera del balcone o ad altre strutture.
