Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il paravento da balcone vidaXL, con dimensioni di 90 x 600 cm (L x P), è progettato per offrire una copertura estesa e privacy per spazi esterni come terrazzi e balconi. Il prodotto è realizzato in tessuto Oxford con uno specifico rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), una combinazione che rende la superficie impermeabile e resistente al vento. Il peso totale del paravento è di 1,32 kg, indicativo di un materiale leggero ma funzionale.
Il tessuto Oxford con rivestimento in PU è stato selezionato per le sue proprietà pratiche. Il rivestimento offre protezione dall'acqua, contribuendo a mantenere l'area del balcone più asciutta. Inoltre, il materiale dispone di protezione contro i raggi UV, un fattore che aiuta a preservare la colorazione arancione e marrone e l'integrità strutturale del tessuto esposto al sole. Queste caratteristiche lo rendono adatto all'uso continuativo all'esterno.
L'installazione è un processo semplice che non richiede assemblaggio preliminare. Il paravento è dotato di occhielli in alluminio lungo il suo perimetro, che forniscono punti di ancoraggio solidi e resistenti alla ruggine. Inclusa nella confezione si trova una corda in polietilene (PE) di 24 metri, di lunghezza adeguata per fissare saldamente lo schermo alla maggior parte delle ringhiere. Questa soluzione è stata pensata per chi necessita di creare rapidamente una barriera visiva funzionale, ad esempio per proteggere dalla vista dei vicini o dalla strada.
