Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il paravento da balcone vidaXL, con dimensioni di 90 x 600 cm, è progettato per fornire privacy e protezione su terrazzi e balconi. Il materiale è un tessuto Oxford con uno speciale rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), una combinazione che rende lo schermo resistente all'acqua e al vento. Il peso totale del prodotto è di 1,31 kg.
Oltre a essere impermeabile, il tessuto offre protezione dai raggi UV, una caratteristica che contribuisce a preservare il colore verde scuro nel tempo e a creare una zona d'ombra. L'installazione è un processo diretto che non richiede assemblaggio. Lo schermo è dotato di occhielli in alluminio distribuiti lungo il perimetro per un fissaggio sicuro. La confezione include una corda in polietilene (PE) lunga 24 metri, idonea per fissare il paravento alla ringhiera del balcone attraverso gli occhielli.
Questo schermo protettivo è dimensionato specificamente per balconi che necessitano di una copertura estesa.
