Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il paravento da balcone vidaXL misura 90 x 300 cm (L x P) e offre una soluzione specifica per la privacy e la protezione. È realizzato in tessuto Oxford con un rivestimento speciale in PU, un materiale che conferisce allo schermo proprietà di impermeabilità e resistenza al vento. La struttura del tessuto offre anche protezione dai raggi UV, permettendo di utilizzare lo spazio esterno con maggiore comfort.
Questo schermo protettivo è dotato di occhielli in alluminio per un fissaggio sicuro e duraturo. Nella confezione è inclusa una corda in PE lunga 12 metri, che permette di installare facilmente il paravento alla ringhiera del balcone o ad altre strutture.
