Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela triangolare di vidaXL, con le sue dimensioni di 4 x 5 x 6,4 metri, è una soluzione funzionale per la protezione solare e dalla pioggia in spazi esterni. Il prodotto è costruito in tessuto Oxford, un materiale noto per la sua resistenza, a cui è stato applicato un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU). Questo trattamento conferisce alla vela proprietà di resistenza all'acqua, permettendo di utilizzarla per proteggersi da piogge leggere.
