Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Materiali Durevoli per Esterni
Il telo è fabbricato in tessuto Oxford, un materiale noto per la sua resistenza. Un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU) lo rende resistente all'acqua, così puoi goderti il tuo spazio esterno anche durante un improvviso acquazzone. Il tessuto ha ricevuto un trattamento specifico che lo protegge dalla formazione di muffa e dallo sbiadimento causato dai raggi UV. Queste caratteristiche contribuiscono a una lunga vita del prodotto e a una manutenzione minima.
Installazione Stabile e Veloce
Il montaggio della tenda è semplice. Ogni angolo è dotato di un robusto anello di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile, resistente alla ruggine e alla corrosione. Nella confezione sono incluse tre corde in PE da 1,5 metri ciascuna, che permettono di ancorare saldamente la vela a pali, alberi o pareti. Per un drenaggio ottimale dell'acqua piovana, si consiglia di installare due angoli della vela a un'altezza superiore rispetto al terzo.
