Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela triangolare di vidaXL, con dimensioni di 2,5 x 2,5 x 3,5 m, è una soluzione funzionale per creare zone d'ombra in spazi esterni. Questo modello è progettato per proteggere dalla luce solare diretta e dalla pioggia, rendendolo adatto per l'uso in giardini, terrazze, aree gioco o balconi. La sua efficacia deriva dal materiale di costruzione: un tessuto Oxford con rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), una combinazione che conferisce al prodotto proprietà idrorepellenti e di schermatura dai raggi UV.
Il tessuto è stato sottoposto a un trattamento specifico che lo rende resistente alla formazione di muffa e ai danni causati dall'esposizione prolungata ai raggi ultravioletti. Questa caratteristica contribuisce a mantenere l'integrità del materiale e il colore verde scuro nel tempo. La forma triangolare del parasole, unita al peso di 0,73 kg, permette una tensione ottimale della vela una volta installata.
L'installazione è facilitata dalla presenza di elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile posizionati su ciascuno dei tre angoli. Questi punti di ancoraggio offrono una solida resistenza alla trazione. La confezione include tre corde in PE, ciascuna della lunghezza di 1,5 metri, per completare il montaggio. Per un drenaggio efficace dell'acqua piovana, si consiglia di installare la vela con due angoli posizionati più in alto rispetto al terzo, creando una pendenza che impedisce l'accumulo di liquidi sulla superficie.
