Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Questo parasole a vela vidaXL misura 2,5 x 5 metri, una dimensione rettangolare pensata per creare un'efficace area d'ombra nel tuo giardino, terrazzo o sopra un'area giochi. La struttura è realizzata interamente in tessuto Oxford, un materiale noto per la sua resistenza, a cui è stato aggiunto un rivestimento in PU (poliuretano). Questa combinazione di materiali offre una protezione diretta dai raggi UV e una buona resistenza all'acqua.
Il tessuto è stato trattato specificamente per resistere alla formazione di muffa, una caratteristica importante per un elemento che vive all'aperto. Ogni angolo della vela è dotato di un anello di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile, scelto per la sua capacità di resistere alla ruggine e alla corrosione nel tempo. Con un peso totale di 2,27 kg, la vela risulta maneggevole e semplice da posizionare.
Per l'installazione, forniamo quattro corde in PE, ognuna della lunghezza di 1,5 metri. Per un drenaggio ottimale dell'acqua piovana, ti consigliamo di installare la vela con una leggera pendenza, fissando due degli angoli a un'altezza superiore rispetto agli altri due. È una soluzione funzionale, basata su specifiche concrete, per proteggere i tuoi spazi esterni.
