Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Warranty

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

  • What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
  • What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

  • Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
  • UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
  • Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

vidaXL Parasole a Vela Rettangolare 2,5x4 m è un dispositivo di ombreggiatura per esterni, progettato per fornire protezione efficace contro il sole e la pioggia. Questo parasole presenta una forma rettangolare con dimensioni di 2,5 metri di larghezza per 4 metri di profondità. Il prodotto è realizzato in tessuto rivestito in PU Oxford, una composizione materiale che contribuisce alla sua funzionalità in ambienti esterni. Il peso complessivo di questo parasole è di 1,890 kg.

La costruzione del parasole a vela include un trattamento specifico del tessuto che lo rende antimuffa e resistente ai raggi UV. Queste caratteristiche di protezione UV e resistenza all'acqua sono intrinseche al materiale rivestito in PU Oxford. Il parasole è destinato all'installazione in una varietà di spazi esterni, come giardini, terrazze, parchi giochi o balconi, fornendo una copertura mirata per tali aree.
