Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela rettangolare vidaXL misura 2,5 x 3 metri e offre una soluzione pratica per creare zone d'ombra. È un elemento pensato per spazi esterni come giardini, terrazze e aree gioco, dove è necessaria una protezione efficace dal sole e dalla pioggia leggera.
Il materiale è un tessuto Oxford con rivestimento in PU, scelto per le sue proprietà funzionali. La vela offre protezione dai raggi UV ed è resistente all'acqua. Inoltre, il tessuto ha ricevuto un trattamento specifico che lo rende resistente alla formazione di muffa, un dettaglio importante per un prodotto destinato a rimanere all'aperto.
Per l'installazione, la vela è dotata di elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile su ogni angolo, che ne facilitano il montaggio e ne sostengono la struttura. La confezione include anche quattro corde in PE, ciascuna della lunghezza di 1,5 metri, per permetterti di fissarla fin da subito. Per un drenaggio corretto dell'acqua piovana, ti consigliamo di installare la vela con una pendenza, posizionando due angoli più in alto rispetto agli altri due. Questo accorgimento tecnico ne ottimizza l'uso in diverse condizioni meteorologiche.
