Warranty

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

  • What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
  • What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
  • Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
  • UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
  • Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela rettangolare di vidaXL misura 2,5 x 3 metri, offrendo una superficie di 7,5 metri quadrati per creare ombra. È realizzato interamente in tessuto Oxford con un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), una combinazione di materiali che rende il telo resistente all'acqua e offre protezione contro i raggi UV. L'intero prodotto pesa 1,47 kg, un valore che ne facilita la movimentazione e l'installazione.

Il tessuto è stato inoltre sottoposto a un trattamento specifico che lo rende resistente alla formazione di muffa, una caratteristica utile per un prodotto destinato a rimanere all'aperto per lunghi periodi. Il suo colore marrone è pensato per integrarsi in contesti come giardini e terrazze. La struttura è progettata per un'installazione pratica, adatta per schermare dal sole un'area giochi per bambini o una zona pranzo esterna sul balcone.

Ogni angolo della vela è dotato di un elemento di fissaggio triangolare in acciaio inossidabile, scelto per la sua resistenza alla corrosione e agli agenti atmosferici. La confezione include quattro corde in polietilene (PE) da 1,5 metri ciascuna, pronte per essere utilizzate per il tensionamento della vela. Per un drenaggio efficace in caso di pioggia, è consigliabile installare la vela con un'inclinazione, fissando due angoli a un'altezza maggiore rispetto agli altri due. Questo accorgimento tecnico impedisce la formazione di sacche d'acqua e il sovraccarico della struttura.
