Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Innanzitutto, la pulizia è fondamentale. Quando noti sporco o polvere, puoi spazzolare delicatamente la superficie con una spazzola morbida. Per macchie più ostinate, usa acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro, applicandolo con un panno morbido, poi risciacqua abbondantemente con acqua pulita. Evita detergenti aggressivi o ad alta pressione che potrebbero danneggiare il tessuto e il suo trattamento resistente. Prima di riporla, assicurati sempre che la vela sia completamente asciutta per prevenire la formazione di muffa e odori sgradevoli, che comprometterebbero la durata e la qualità del tuo spazio esterno.
