Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua vela ombreggiante rettangolare Oxford blu sempre al meglio, ti consigliamo una pulizia semplice ma efficace. Usa acqua tiepida e un detergente delicato, applicandoli con una spazzola morbida o un panno. È fondamentale sciacquare abbondantemente per eliminare ogni residuo di sapone e lasciare asciugare la vela completamente all'aria aperta prima di ripiegarla. Questo aiuterà a prevenire macchie e la formazione di muffa. Evita l'uso di candeggina o prodotti chimici aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare il tessuto Oxford e alterarne il colore e la resistenza. In caso di vento forte, pioggia intensa o durante i mesi invernali, ti suggeriamo di rimuovere la vela e riporla pulita e asciutta in un luogo riparato. Questa semplice accortezza ne prolungherà la durata e ti garantirà un angolo di relax protetto per molte estati nel tuo spazio esterno, sia in giardino che sul terrazzo.

The vidaXL rectangular sail shade, measuring 2 x 4 meters, provides shade and shelter from rain. It is made from Oxford fabric with a PU coating, which gives the sail water-resistant properties. The fabric is also treated to resist mold formation and offers UV protection, making it suitable for continuous outdoor use.
The structure features reinforcement at each corner with stainless steel fasteners. These rings provide solid anchoring points for the included ropes. The package contains four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for immediate installation. The product weighs 1.54 kg and does not require assembly before mounting.
This sail shade is suitable for installation in gardens, on terraces, in children's play areas, or on balconies. For optimal performance, it is recommended to install the sail with an incline, positioning two corners higher than the others. This slope allows for proper drainage of rainwater, preventing stagnation on the fabric surface.
