You have 14 days from delivery to return the product, no reason required (right of withdrawal, EU Directive 2011/83).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Per assicurarti che il tuo Gabbione Multifunzionale SolPatio mantenga intatta la sua bellezza e funzionalità nel tempo, ti consigliamo una semplice manutenzione. Pulisci regolarmente la struttura in rete metallica con acqua e sapone neutro, utilizzando una spazzola morbida per rimuovere sporco, polvere e residui. Risciacqua bene e asciuga con un panno. Controlla periodicamente l'integrità della rete e delle saldature, soprattutto dopo intemperie. In caso di comparsa di piccole macchie di ruggine superficiale, intervenire prontamente con un prodotto antiruggine specifico per metalli per prevenire la corrosione. Posiziona il gabbione su una superficie piana e stabile per garantirne sempre la massima sicurezza. Per il cesto portapiante, assicurati un buon drenaggio per la salute delle tue piante e rimuovi foglie o terra in eccesso che potrebbero accumularsi sulla struttura metallica.

The vidaXL gabion wall for trash bins measures 192 x 91 x 120 cm (L x D x H) and is designed to hold two standard bins. The structure is made of galvanized iron, a material chosen for its corrosion resistance, making it suitable for installation in gardens or patios. The construction uses metal wire with a diameter of 3.5 mm, forming robust panels that provide structural stability once assembled and filled.
The mesh panels have openings of 5 x 10 cm (L x D), a suitable size for filling with rocks, gravel, or other natural materials (not included). To maintain the structure's shape even when fully loaded, the kit includes reinforcement hooks that securely connect opposing panels. This system prevents the cage from deforming under the weight of the stones.
This model offers dual functionality: in addition to concealing bins, the top part is designed to serve as a planter, allowing the addition of plants and flowers to integrate the structure into the surrounding environment. The product is delivered with an instruction manual for simplified assembly. Assembly is completed by filling the basket with the chosen material.
