Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL thread curtain set includes 2 pieces, each measuring 140 cm wide by 250 cm high. Made entirely from 100% polyester fabric, these beige curtains provide a decorative interior solution, suitable for use as door curtains, window curtains, room dividers, or as a background for shop window displays.
The polyester material composition allows for simple maintenance; the curtains are washable at low temperatures, with a maximum of 30°C. A functional feature of this product is the ability to easily cut the curtains to fit the desired size, offering significant installation versatility based on specific space requirements. The total weight of the set is 0.740 kg.
Each curtain features an integrated top loop, designed for practical and quick attachment to a curtain rod. Please note that delivery includes exclusively the two thread curtains. The curtain rod required for mounting is not included in the package and must be purchased separately.
