Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.

The vidaXL door canopy, measuring 150 x 75 cm (L x W), provides protection for entrances against rain, light snow, and other weather conditions. Its structure uses materials selected for durability and outdoor functionality.
The cover consists of six separate 5 mm thick hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels. Polycarbonate is a thermoplastic material known for its high durability, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. The panels' transparency allows sunlight to pass through, keeping the entrance bright. The supporting structure includes three sturdy black ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets and four oxidized aluminum bars that reinforce the front and rear edges.
This canopy is designed for installation above doors or windows, creating an effective barrier. The solid construction with ABS brackets and aluminum bars provides stability for the entire canopy. The roof of this canopy is not designed to withstand the load of heavy accumulated snowfall.
The product includes a manual and all necessary accessories for quick assembly. The package, with a total weight of 4.22 kg, contains six PC panels, three ABS brackets, four plastic H-connectors for linking the panels, and four aluminum bars.
