Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Prendersi cura della tua pensilina SolPatio in policarbonato è semplice, garantendoti anni di protezione affidabile per il tuo ingresso. Per mantenere la sua superficie nera lucida e resistente alle intemperie, ti consigliamo una pulizia periodica con acqua tiepida e un panno morbido.
