Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Protezione Certificata Contro Fuoco e Acqua
Questa cassetta ha una resistenza al fuoco certificata UL. Può resistere a temperature fino a 177°C (350°F) per mezz'ora, mantenendo il contenuto al riparo dal calore intenso. Questo livello di protezione è fondamentale per documenti cartacei, passaporti e certificati.
Oltre alla protezione dal fuoco, la cassetta è impermeabile con certificazione SGS. Resiste all'immersione completa per un massimo di 24 ore. In caso di allagamenti o incidenti con acqua, i tuoi oggetti di valore rimarranno asciutti e intatti.
Costruzione Affidabile e Design Pratico
Il corpo della cassetta è realizzato in polipropilene, un materiale noto per la sua resistenza agli urti e la sua leggerezza. La serratura a chiave (con due chiavi in dotazione) impedisce l'accesso non autorizzato e mantiene il coperchio ben chiuso anche in situazioni critiche.
