Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return the product, no reason required (right of withdrawal, EU Directive 2011/83).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL arched gabion basket, with dimensions of 200 x 30 x 200/220 cm (L x D x H), is a structure designed to function as a decorative and sound-absorbing garden barrier. It is made entirely of galvanized iron, a material selected for its corrosion and weather resistance, which determines its stability and durability. The structure consists of wire mesh panels with a diameter of 3.5 mm, creating rectangular meshes measuring 5 x 10 cm.
The arched cage is designed to be filled with rocks or gravel, which are not included, to create a solid and stable construction. To maintain the structure's shape once filled, the kit includes reinforcement hooks for the gabion. These components securely connect opposite wire mesh panels, preventing deformation due to the weight of the filling material. The weight of the metal structure alone is 36.6 kg.
This containment gabion functions as a windbreak and rain barrier. It can be installed in a garden, courtyard, or patio to delineate areas, provide privacy, or reduce ambient noise. Assembly is guided by the instruction manual included with each product. Once assembled, the basket is ready to be filled with natural materials such as concrete, sandstone, or colored stone to complete the installation.
