Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Materiali Durevoli e Protettivi
La vela è costruita con tessuto Oxford di alta qualità, noto per la sua resistenza. Un rivestimento speciale in PU rende la superficie resistente all'acqua, permettendovi di rimanere all'aperto anche durante una pioggia leggera. Il tessuto è stato inoltre trattato per resistere alla formazione di muffa e per offrire una schermatura contro i dannosi raggi UV, preservando i colori nel tempo e proteggendo la vostra pelle.
Installazione Semplice e Versatile
Il montaggio della vela è un processo intuitivo. Ogni angolo è dotato di un anello di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile che oppone resistenza alla ruggine e all'usura. Nella confezione sono incluse quattro corde in PE da 1,5 metri ciascuna, per un ancoraggio sicuro a pali, alberi o pareti. Per un drenaggio ottimale dell'acqua piovana, si consiglia di installare la vela con una leggera inclinazione, posizionando due angoli più in alto rispetto agli altri.
Funzionalità per la Vita all'Aperto
Con le sue dimensioni di 2x3 metri, questa vela copre un'area sufficiente per un piccolo set da pranzo o un'area relax. La sua forma rettangolare si adatta bene a diverse configurazioni spaziali. Non richiede alcun assemblaggio del prodotto stesso, quindi è pronta per essere installata appena fuori dalla scatola, consentendovi di godere rapidamente dei suoi benefici.
