Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Materiali Durevoli e Funzionali
Il telo è realizzato in tessuto Oxford di alta qualità, noto per la sua resistenza. Uno speciale rivestimento in PU lo rende resistente all'acqua e protegge efficacemente dai dannosi raggi UV. Inoltre, il tessuto ha ricevuto un trattamento specifico che lo rende resistente alla formazione di muffa, per una lunga durata nel tempo e una manutenzione minima.
Design Versatile e Installazione Semplice
La forma triangolare e il colore neutro grigio talpa si adattano con eleganza a qualsiasi stile di arredo esterno, dal moderno al più classico. L'installazione è un processo semplice e veloce. Ogni angolo della vela è dotato di un robusto anello di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile. Nella confezione sono incluse tre corde in PE da 1,5 metri ciascuna, tutto il necessario per un montaggio sicuro. Per un drenaggio ottimale dell'acqua piovana, si consiglia di installare due angoli della vela a un'altezza superiore rispetto al terzo.
