Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Design Funzionale e Materiali Durevoli
Il telo è fabbricato in tessuto Oxford di alta qualità con uno speciale rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), che lo rende resistente all'acqua e capace di bloccare i dannosi raggi UV. Il tessuto ha subito un trattamento specifico che previene la formazione di muffa, mantenendo l'aspetto e l'integrità della vela nel tempo. Installazione Semplice e Versatile
L'installazione è intuitiva e non richiede attrezzi complessi. La confezione include quattro corde in PE da 1,5 metri ciascuna, da fissare agli anelli angolari per tendere la vela tra alberi, pali o muri. Per un drenaggio ottimale dell'acqua piovana, si consiglia di installare la vela con una leggera inclinazione, posizionando due angoli a un'altezza superiore rispetto agli altri. Questa caratteristica la rende adatta a molteplici contesti, dal giardino privato al parco giochi, fino al balcone di casa.
