Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return the product, no reason required (right of withdrawal, EU Directive 2011/83).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per assicurarti che il tuo capanno in legno massello di abete antracite mantenga nel tempo la sua bellezza e funzionalità, regalando un tocco di qualità al tuo spazio esterno, segui questi semplici consigli.
La pulizia è fondamentale: usa regolarmente un panno umido e, se necessario, acqua tiepida con sapone neutro. Evita prodotti aggressivi che potrebbero rovinare la finitura.
Per mantenerlo resistente agli agenti atmosferici, ti consigliamo di applicare ogni 1-2 anni un impregnante specifico per legno da esterno, preferibilmente dello stesso tono antracite. Questo rinnova la protezione dai raggi UV e dall'umidità, prevenendo scolorimento e degrado.
Verifica periodicamente che viti e bulloni siano ben stretti per garantire la stabilità della struttura. Posiziona il capanno su una base stabile e rialzata per un'ottimale circolazione dell'aria, che previene l'accumulo di umidità.
