Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door canopy, with overall dimensions of 152.5 x 90 x 27.5 cm (L x W x H), provides protection for your entrance from rain, snow, and hail. Its structure is designed for weather resistance, utilizing selected durable materials.
The canopy cover consists of six hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels, a material known for its corrosion and impact resistance. Each transparent panel measures 70 x 27.5 cm with a thickness of 0.5 cm, allowing light transmission while providing effective protection. The total weight of the structure is 5.450 kg.
The supporting frame consists of three sturdy black ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets, each measuring 90 x 28 x 6 cm (L x W x T). Stability is further reinforced by oxidized aluminum bars and H-shaped connectors, a material that provides solidity and long-term resistance. This structural design securely supports the cover.
The product is supplied with all necessary accessories for quick installation, as indicated in the included manual. It is designed for installation on single or two-family homes. The roof of this canopy has not been designed to withstand heavy snowfall.
