Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The SolPatio LED waterfall, with dimensions of 45 x 34 x 14 cm (L x D x H), is an accessory designed for installation on garden ponds and swimming pools. Its structure is made entirely of 304 stainless steel, a material chosen for its high resistance to chlorine and its durability. The brushed matte finish provides a clean aesthetic and reduces surface reflections. The steel thickness is 1 mm.
This model is designed to generate a constant and uniform water flow. Integrated near the water jet is an LED lighting system that emits warm white light, with a power of 5.5 W. The electrical system has an IP44 protection rating, indicating its resistance to water splashes. Power is supplied via an included adapter, which converts the input voltage from 220-240 V to an output voltage of 12 V. The supplied power cable has a length of 5 meters, allowing for flexible positioning.
For connection to the plumbing system, the waterfall is equipped with a connector with a 1-inch BSP G internal thread. The device requires connection to a pump for operation; the pump and connection accessories are not included in the delivery. Product assembly is required. Please note that this appliance is not a toy and should not be used by children without supervision.
