Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The fabric is a blend composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, a combination that provides the material with its elasticity and an anti-crease finish. The fabric weight is 160 g/m², indicating a suitable consistency for repeated use.
These covers are made to fit specific dimensions. In addition to the backrest height, they cover seats with a width between 38 and 45 cm and a maximum thickness of 10 cm. The front seat width can range from 35 to 45 cm. Due to the elastane percentage, the covers stretch to conform to the chair's shape, making installation and removal simple. This feature makes them suitable for use in professional settings like restaurants and hotels, or for events and home use.
Maintenance is practical. The covers are reusable and machine washable at a maximum temperature of 40°C, allowing for easy cleaning. The set includes four identical covers for a uniform appearance.
